These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text message communications between TGC Talent and individuals who have consented to receive SMS messages from us. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the terms described below.

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and your engagement with our services.

"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments, job opportunities, or account status."
04 — Fees

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

TGC Talent is not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS communications.

05 — Opt-In

Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from TGC Talent in the following way:

  • Verbally, during a conversation — We obtain your consent verbally by asking:

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you may simply decline when asked for consent during your conversation with our team.
